About Hannah

Hannah McCullough is the Director of Operations for Insurance By Heroes. She runs the agency's day-to-day operations — policy handling, compliance, and customer service — keeping the process smooth from the first quote request to the day a policy is in force.

Before insurance, Hannah served more than six years in public education as a social studies teacher, a head soccer and cross country coach, and a college coach helping first-generation students get to school. She brings a teacher's patience and an operator's discipline to how clients get treated.
